Health Center Limmattal (formerly Zentrum Praxis) is our medical practice and is centrally located in Oberengstringen, directly in the same building as the mall. You will find our premises on the 2nd floor, left corridor. Thanks to that ideal Location we are easy to reach by car as well as with public transports.

Geriatric Focus

In addition to general primary care, we offer extended care for older patients. Our approach is holistic and age-appropriate, placing the individual as a whole at the center of treatment.

We assess memory problems, fall risks, and mobility limitations, manage multiple chronic conditions, and review and optimize medication. Questions regarding independence in daily life, support from relatives, and further care options are also addressed.

All our physicians have experience in geriatric care and work closely with relatives, community nursing services (Spitex), and other healthcare professionals, with the aim of maintaining quality of life and independence for as long as possible.
